Policy regarding cancellations or change of date:
Change of date:
If we are available for your new date, then we simply move your deposit to the new date at no charge.
Cancellation of wedding/event:
(by the client within 60 days)
Any balance paid can be refunded (excepting a nominal cost for learning any new music).

If we are able to rebook the wedding date, then we return 75% of the deposit. If we are unable to rebook your wedding date (& we’ve had to turn someone else down for your wedding date after your deposit was accepted), then the deposit is non-refundable. We will do our best to rebook your wedding date.
2) Cancellation by performer- In the event that Angelic Strings is unable to perform, every effort will be made to arrange for a substitute harp/viola duet (or harp/violin duet) of equal or higher performing ability. Angelic Strings will be responsible for transferring any paid deposits/balances to the new performer. Any unpaid balances should be paid directly to the substitute. In the event that Angelic Strings is unable to perform and no suitable substitute can be found, a full refund will be issued.
3) Delays & overtime - If the event starts late or runs past the agreed time by 30 minutes or more, Angelic Strings reserves the right to charge a fee of $30 per 15-minute segment. This policy in place in case of egregious delays, & as of 6/11/15 has not been used the past 12 years of business. We ask to be kept up to date regarding the revised wedding start time if the wedding is over 30 minutes late. For delays over 45 minutes, please check with us that there is not a conflict with another wedding.
Policy for COVID-19:
If you are rescheduling your event because of COVID-19:
If we are available for the new date, we will move the deposit to reserve the new date at no charge.
If we are not available for the new date we will refund the deposit minus a $45 administrative fee.
